As township winds
Circuit the colour in the trees.
We thank thee
All our God
With heart and hands
Who wondrous things
In whom this world
Who from our Mother's
Womb has sent us
On our way...
We were simply shun-piking
And this drew us
Into their unshakable
Ode to memories
Stories and the Almighty.
For another Sabbath.
Mennonite exercises.
Horse buggies outside.
Also having church.
White clad meeting house.
5 miles south
Found no pause
Or respite from the grind.
And skill saws whined
In many a driveway.
