Analysis of The little gaelic singers
From the western isle of Ireland
They came forth unveiling
The culture of the Gael.
~
It being the city of Derry
Who gave them birth
And their growth did prevail.
~
For they entertained throughout
The globe where many loved
Their music, songs, and dance.
~
Where they were acknowledged by
And met Elvis Presley, Bing Crosby
And other giants of the arts.
~
And the founders have to be admired
For the seeds they planted alongside
The Foyle produced a field of talent.
~
So let us be forever thankful for the Little
Gaelic Singers who unveiled the richness
Of Irish culture throughout the world.
