Analysis of I Come To Stay

In a wintry, starry night
eyes heavy,
thoughts  tearing apart,
questions come and go
tears ready to flow.

I come, Lord, again,
my burdens to lay,
my restlessness slay
to take hold of You,
Your calm to inhale,
in Your peace to bathe,
with Your strength to sand,
-delivered and free-
Your wholeness in me.
