Analysis of Realize

Miranda Ridenour 1985 (Modesto)

I realize i've taken time
When time was precious enough.
I realize i've used to many
Where excuses are to much
I realize i've hurt when hurting was all I knew.
I realize I loved the unfamiliar, when the unexplained was you.
I realize I didn't see, what was always right there
In front of me.
I realize now, it was not I but you who needed me.
