Analysis of That's What Friends are For

Tasha Pass 1981 (Alabama)

You were always there when I needed you. You were the only one I told my problems to. Now it's my turn to be here, to share all your pain, to share all your tears. I will be by your side all through this, you won't have a problem that I will miss. I always said you can count on me, I'm here so now you can see. No one understands how close we are, that wherever you go, I won't be far. You've helped me through a lot and it's time to pay you back. That's what friends are for.
