Analysis of Adonis

Last night
I loved you with wild delight.
Sensuality delighted my heart.
I felt like I had
found true love.
Now In the light of day
the illusion fades.
I can’t figure out
if it was the Mojitos
or the Salsa music
that made you appear
to be a Cuban Adonis
last night.
