is taken from our gift
It is civilian charity that keeps their cause adrift.
Insurance for the reckless
is in each premium.
It is civilian charity that keeps their zero-sum.
Windfall profits of business
is gouged in any hide.
It is civilian charity that keeps their greed inside.
