Analysis of depression

Depression eats you up
And spits you out
Leaves you in the dump
Left to cry, shout

It will come and get you,
When you think its safe.
Forever you will feel you
Have lost your way

Though the sun is shining
All you see is black
All you hear is crying
“I will never come back”

He whispers in your ear
“Your ugly, you're stupid”
“It will never get better dear”
“You are f*ck*ng worthless”

You are plagued by the dark mist
For months he persists
You fall down, desperate “I am done”
Depression chuckles, he has won

He send tears to your parents that moan
The flowers on your grave, emotions loose
He sends them thoughts “I should have known”
If they knew depression made the noose.
