Analysis of Eyes Wide Open

As I sit with cup in hand . . .
the sun breaks the horizon.
Its golden glow of warmth
gives life to everything
that's precious me.

From the dew on the grass
to the higher vibration of color
set in the droplets of moisture . . .
on the blades of the early morning landscape.

Early morning walkers, chirping birds . . .
scampering rabbits, squirrels feeding, deer,
and trees filled with all kinds of birds . . .
happy and cheerful, singing God's songs!

These are some of my . . .
greatest blessings.
They're yours, too!
So, open your eyes wide.
