Analysis of Profess

This is an ode to my soul
A plea to get my heart out of the cold
This isn't just another verse
This isn't something I can rehearse
Not just another lyric
This is an expression of my epic
This is a depiction of my life.
No deception could cover up all my strife.
In my mind there is no accord.
Only confusion and discord.

I'm in search of the living water.
I have to drink it all sooner than later.
Every night I seek the light.
With the truth I know everything will be alright.
The way will make sure my future is bright.
I hunger to eat all of the flesh
Because when it fills me up, my fate will mesh.
