Analysis of The eye of heaven
There it is rising over the eastern horizon,
ripping the dark night of the heavens:
Cleaving the night for the day...
telling all the other stars it's time to go away.
Making a path for the Eye of Heaven,
as its rays flash brightly, chasing afore it the night.
It's flash speeds across the whole skyline so bright,
so quickly...gone the stars...now comes the light.
Sitting on the lawn, next to a clear-water lake
I watch the morning glories raise their sleepy heads:
Emerald green glows the grass as the colors bled
into the blue of the lake, shimmering reflection it's wake.
I wonder why everyone talks about perfect this and that.
Never looking at the Glorious, artistic lights of Creation,
that every morning paints a beautiful scene as colors react:
As The Eye of Heaven walks dreaming this day's imagination.
Mitakuye Oyasin! Aho!
