Analysis of This is For My Family

This is for my family
It is all I have to give
The love of Christ my Savior
What He gave that we might live
I know he was the son of God
I know he came to earth
I know we are all selfish
For He gave His life to us from birth
I know Joseph Smith was a prophet
And the Book of Mormon is true
I know Joseph restored that book
To help out me and you
I know President Thomas Monson
Is a living prophet today
And God sends us guidance through him
So we can return to Him one day
Listen to this prophet of God
Use his wisdom throughout your life
And as you grow in the gospel
You can obtain eternal life!
