Analysis of This Thing!

Knowing you for such a short time
And feeling so deeply for you
I've become apart of this thing
That exists between us two.
Then I realize, I look for you so often,
But you I hardly see;
For you are more of a feel, than a face to me.
Then I remember, you are your own person,
And there is nothing that can be done.
Except pray that what we've started,
Won't end up leaving me all alone.
