Analysis of Will The Cycle Be Unbroken?
Violence in the Middle East,
a mounting death toll everyday:
unbridled hatred is the beast;
peace agreements all betray.
This cycle will be unbroken
till acceptance is bespoken.
The mad suicide-bomber
who, in "good conscience," destroys life,
must see there can be no honor
or reward where murder's rife.
This cycle will be unbroken
till tolerance is betoken.
Hostile acts and derision,
that never ceasing tit for tat,
replace now with higher vision
reducing strife and combat.
This cycle will be unbroken
till respect is re-awoken
