Analysis of Untitled
Annisa Cannon 1981 (Maryland)
I would have given you the shirt off my back.....
But you still would have found something wrong with that....
There were times when all I could do was cry....
You made me feel like I was losing my mind....
No matter how much I showed you that my love was real....
The lack of respect from you was all that I could feel....
You made me feel like I was just a toy....
But I guess that's what it's like dealing with a boy....
I have so many things that I should have said....
But for what, it would have just gone over your head....
Oh but one day I will find my one true love....
And he, my friend will be sent from above....
