In loving memory of my son Connor Jayden.... Those 8 years have come so fast. How strong those feelings last. Seems like it was just yesterday, when my baby flew away. Only an hour and a half old yet he grew his wings. Left here on earth, the pain still stings. I watched as his body grew lifeless and blue. Years later still hoping this nightmare not be true. People tell me to get over it like its just that easy. But when he passed away he took a part of me. My lovely son why did you go?? I needed you here with me didn't you know? Your blondish red hair your beautiful blue eyes. The beautiful yet heart wrenching sounds of your cries. I miss you so much no one will ever understand. Losing my son was nothing I'd ever planned. I think of you often and it still hurts today as though its the first. My heart didn't just shatter it burst. I wish I didn't feel so alone on this earth. Losing you the same day as your birth. A sister you never met she misses you so much. A piece of you she carries the teddy bear you did touch. She sleeps with it nightly to hold you close by her side. Though she was born 3 years later she knows how you died. She talks about you and asks about you a lot. Because even though you've gone home in her heart you hold a special spot.
