The better me

As i age, i can recall
The mistakes and all the games i played.
Now im at mid-life
Troubles come and go
I bow my head
To a higher power
Just to let the troubles flow
Away on an ocean wave
Im no longer a slave
To the mentality
That corrupted me
Im off to a better me!
