One Day I Saw A Robin

One day I saw  robin
perched up in a tree
And she seemed to be singing a little song
especially meant for me

The sun was brightly shining
as it was a beautiful day
And I was searching for something
to help me find a way

A way to see my life
the way I always should
But actually until that day
I never thought I would

She preached to me a sermon
One, I'll never forget
As her feathers blew in a breeze
I nearly lost my breath

I'll forever remember that robin
and what she helped me see...
That great beauty lies within one's self
even inside of me....
