The Unknown

I knew you were real as I was growing
Yet who and where, the unknowing.
I searched for you my whole life
Only it caused me so very much stife.
When one day I just had to give up
Life was empty when looking in my cup.
Then on that day a friend brought me to you
I lived and I learned and that’s when I knew.
The strife and all that I put myself through
Was to be used by You as a future tool.
Come to find out You loved me so
All that I went through was You in control.
You the Lord Jesus, have saved my life
My cup runneth over with no more strife.

About this poem

I have come to a point in my life where I needed a healing. I have learned how to make the connection with the Divine by opening my heart surrendering to The Unknown bringing in a new life far beyond my imagination.
