Morning Song

Ballad
Morn,
just barely begun
introduced me
to a rising sun.
Fearing Sun
would be too strong,
breathy Wind
made his presence
known.
Feathered friends celebrated,
chirping
a new day’s song
Ocean, too, rejoiced,
rolling,
rocking,
rhythmic
tide.
Here, on this
turquoise
painted day,
silent God
audibly
abides.
