The fatherly advice
As he was about to close his eyes.
Which have been opened for years.
He looked at the sky and said to me
"You are your brother's strength,
Be unto him like real friend,
When defamation strikes be there to defend,
Represent him till the end,
Lend not your ears to his enemies.
Their goal is to impair your relationship.
And their wish is to see you both in hardship.
So take heed my son. "
About this poem
It's about my dying father who motivated me to maintain the tie of kinsfolk. To be kind to my siblings.
