Good Times

Richard Groff 1957 (Pottstown, Pa.)

There’s a time to speak and a time to play
And a time to be quiet and simply to pray

There’s a time to ask God for what you haven’t received
And there’s a time to rejoice just because you believe

There’s a time to seek wisdom and a new revelation
And a time just to praise Him with a greater adoration

So why then complain when you feel sad and blue
There’s a time to be glad and rejoice in that too

There’s still time for God’s word to circumcise your heart
So just open up your Bible! It’s a good time to start
