Mama!

Scene,
Or a picture clean?
Telling all of this to the moon,
Looking outta window in my room.

Story,
Motherhoods glory.
Sitting by the window in my car,
Mama offered me a chocolate bar!
I looked into her eyes,
Watching her cheeks rise,
My heart skipped a beat,
Believe me luna, it was a treat.
Imagining myself in her place,
Where would I buy so much grace?
From crawling to walking,
She taught me talking.
Her cheeks go pink,
When I smile and blink.
Her heart is pure,
With sufferings to endure.
She lifts my hair,
When I’m in despair,
Tying them up,
She tells me to chin up.
Do you know? Her sleep is peace,
Put’s the day to cease.
Nothing more I can ask for,
Neither physical, spiritual nor.

Gratitude,
Practice this attitude.
Love your mama,
And you’re gonna,
Get out of derange,
A mother, would never change.

Arshmah Khalid

To the ones reading this, I am Arshmah Khalid. A 19 year-old teenager, who thinks of life as a beautiful present wrapped in her favourite glittery gift wrap. I write for people, so they can relate and smile to what they read. One must wonder why at this stage I have used such a simple vocabulary in my write-ups, well this is because if the reader searches for meaning of a word, breaking his tempo, such a write-up won’t make any sense! At least in my opinion. One of my teachers pointed me out as a pleasure writer; they highlighted the aspects which depicted rapture in my works. You will therefore find features like positive affirmations, golden thoughts, strength stand points, love, and a lot of smiles in works I produce. more…
