When The Devil Prayed

Then the people screamed
Bats and parrots sang
even the crippled leaped
and smiling bells rang

We belled the cat
Light took to sea
How do you define darkness?
Whitish black, blackish white?

Then the people screamed
Listen to the pain
Predator preying on prey
Preys preying on preys

When the devil prayed
Where were demons laid?
