There's something about broken things
that feels like Home
the comfort in the cracks
where light seeps in
to warm your soul
and the holes
that you can rest in
and where you can see through
to the naked core
vulnerable
yet untouchable
the twinkling shards
of the Beautiful Broken
a reflection
that feels like Home

About this poem

We attract what we are, no one is perfect, we're broken. Broken people attract Broken people. We can all relate to each other in some way. One day we'll find the perfect broken person who fills in our gaps while we in turn fill in theirs. We're beautifully broken. We're the missing pieces of another.
