Self Reflection

When you are broken, Battered and bruised,
Who do you turn to when there is no one to listen to your complaints or express the sorrows of your heart?

When everything is turned upside down and inside out;
Your world topsy turvy, Who do you run to when loneliness your only friend abandons you and emptiness sets in and whatever you do doesn’t appear to work out, not the way you desire?

Who is your friend when temptation knocks and you lose what you gain because it wasn’t yours in the first place,

I waited patiently for the Lord; and he inclined unto me, and heard my cry (ps.40)

There is only one to turn to.

Turn to Jesus
