Stars Above

John Smith? 0001 (Place of Origin)

Oh countless stars above,
 to each of you i'd give my
love;
To swim inside your endless sea,
 sounds to me
like destiny;
Soundless space filled with song,
 here she comes.. it
won't be long;
Her shining rays push you back,
 none can stop her
bright attack;
None but me, i'll stay right
here, oh starry night, when
you reappear;

About this poem

I wrote this poem because I love watching the night sky. It fills me with wonder and I marvel at the stars.
