I shouldn’t even have to shout,
I should just be able to whisper,
For you to here what I am talking about,
No I will not argue,
No I will not shout back,
For I will not give you the chance,
To tell me what I lack.

Indy Rhodes is a port originally from Auckland, New Zealand. She is a high school student and attends Tauranga Girls College. Indy has entered multiple local poetry completions and has gained many platings. Her most competition being the NZ Poetry Association under 16 Poetry slam under the theme of Mythology, where she placed 4th in the nation.
