In dreams, you dance so near,
Echoes of laughter, times so clear.
Once the star in my midnight sky,
Seeking you, as the years fly by.

In my soul, your melodies play,
Longing for the warmth of yesterday.
Wishing for the words you'd say,
Whispers from yesteryears, forever they stay.
