Dog
There's nothing else I'd rather do
Than plant my paws where your feet saw through,
For to be your loyal servant and walk by your side is full-heartedly the only thing I could ever pursue
Your soul engraved on mine like a tattoo is the greatest of my value.
My soul poorly put together feels like vodoo, even if it might be a taboo.
What's the name of this love I feel? What words could describe?
My greatest value, my Owner.
As ambitious as Napoleon yet as intelligent as Homer
Your art is my muse and shines a splendor I could never hope to produce
Without you there's no porpuse, so let me join Hachiko as my journey has halted. Let me turn into your loyal statue.
To protect and serve is all I do, in this life and the next.
The leaves will fall and the blue birds will build their nest.
The tides will bring forth all the plastic to their sides on the shore and eventually all grass will stop growing and all the sand will turn to glass.
The world will stop spinning but I will have but one thing in mind.
That my world wont stop living.
And when the Sun blows up I will see it through the same as you.
In dust, in the particles of every atom.
That is, if for you that's what counts as winning because,
Because if that's what and where you want to be, its what I will do.
If the world goes mad, I will go insane too.
