Dew drops

Jamie Brown 1986 (Montgomery,Alabama)

The hot summers day is almost over. The stars begin to sparkle in the night sky and the moon is so bright you can see it from miles away.

Lightning bugs flicker through the fields around and you can hear the cricket chirping what a beautiful sound.

The sky is so clear what a gorgeous sight. Not a care in the world such a peaceful night.
I grab a blanket and lay beside the big oak tree and stare at the sky and feel the night breeze.

I close my eyes and listen to all of the beautiful sounds. Oh what a lovely feeling of peace something I never thought could be found.

The early morning has come and the sun starts to rise. The sky is orange in color and I am awaken by a surprise.
I closed my eyes to rest just for a moment and fell asleep for hours and didn’t even know it.

The birds are all singing as the morning continues on. The clouds are so beautifully white and fluffy you can see the shapes all around.

The moisture on the ground from the coolness of the night. I could stay like this forever what an amazing sight.
