disbelief

i feel like ive waited years for it to get better
for me to get better
im always hearing that it'll get better
but the better days are never here

theres this fear inside of me
that i'll never get better
that i'll always stay the same

im stuck in this cycle of getting better
only to inevitably get worse again
so whats the point ?

sure good days come
but they never seem to last
it doesnt feel like it gets better
it hasnt gotten any better
but why
why am i not better
