Dreams
In shadows deep, where dreams once danced so bright,
A girl now wanders, lost in endless night.
With hopes extinguished, like stars that fade away,
She seeks a new path in the light of day.
Her dreams, once lofty, now shattered like glass,
Each broken piece a painful, haunting pass.
Yet still she strives, against the tide's cruel flow,
In search of solace, in the afterglow.
But every step she takes, a cruel refrain,
Echoes of failure, like relentless rain.
Each new endeavor, tinged with bitter taste,
As memories of past defeats lay waste.
She tries to rise, to grasp at fleeting gleams,
But all she finds are shattered dreams.
Yet in her heart, a flicker still remains,
A spark of hope amidst the endless pains.
But still she strives, despite the past's cruel sting,
In pursuit of dreams that once made her heart sing.
Yet deep within, a truth she can't deny,
Her real dream lost, beneath the endless sky.
For every effort made, a bitter truth revealed,
Her heart still longs for what's been concealed.
Though she may try, and though she may roam,
Her true dream lost, far from home.
Yet in the depths of darkness, a glimmer remains,
A whispered hope amidst her silent pains.
For even though her dream may seem afar,
Her spirit shines, like a guiding star.
So let her stumble, let her fall,
For in the struggle, she'll stand tall.
And though her dream may seem out of sight,
Her spirit burns with undying light.
