Memorable reminder.

As many tears fall from my face.
I sit and wonder why?
As time stands still in place.
All I want to do is cry.
To many days have passed.
I feel nothing inside.
All these memories want to cast.
As I feel like I could die inside.
As days slowly pass by.
I sit and wonder who I am?
Some days I feel like I could die.
But I know there’s no way I am.
Tears flow every day.
At a slow steady pace.
I feel I don’t want to stay.
In this cold hard place.
Many days have went by.
My heart remains broken.
All I want to do is cry.
By a word not spoken.
I remember you in every way.
I just don’t know in my heart.
Why you could not stay.
Why I have this broken heart?
But all and all.
Your always in my mind.
And I know one day I’ll get that call.
Then your heart will be with mine.
