The Beginnings Of Endings

Anna M Molton 1972 (Chicago, IL)

This is the beginning of endings.
Ending the hollering, the complaining.
The back stabbing, the hating.
Ending the costliness of aiming at others' hearts instead of embracing, empathizing saying I wonder where their hearts are?
I wonder what they're walking through?
Yes, this is the beginning of endings. Ending placing the blame on others on accepting, finally accepting, responsibility for me, and my own actions. You see, God has given us free will. You have a responsibility. What are you going to do with it?

Thought provoking especially in learning to accept responsibility and the free will piece...All glory goes to God as a gentleman has once expressed.

Great poem. So true, I agree, we ALL must accept responsibility for our own throughts. actions, mistakes, as well as the beautiful things we all are capable to do. But, alas we only take the good things and hide the bad.

I like it. Endings are beginnings. God’s way of leading us to a new blessing.
