The love we once had.

The love we once shared.

It was early in the morning when I heard the alarm. We searched for words unspoken, and you touched me on the arm. There are no more tears left to shed. So, pull the shades down on the window and let's go back to bed. Everything we once had been all but dead. It's time to change the pictures over the bed. When I woke up in the morning, everything was still the same. Just take a moment and give me back my name; it's still the same and I have no more shame.

About this poem

This Poem is about two people breaking up. I don't like these kinds of poems. But I'll use it as a filler.
