The Wind That Left My Eye

Sage Wrobel 2001 (NY)

I fell in love with the most amazing guy
I was dumb enough to tell him goodbye
He made me smile
Even though my clothes were out of style

He made me laugh
To where I felt like I would split in half
He loved me
But I was to dumb to believe

I wanted him in my life
Even though I am no longer going to be his wife
He wanted to give me a ring
But I wasn't ready for that type of thing

I want to tell him I miss him
I just don't know where to begin
Breaking up with hime was a mistake
But I needed a break

I want him back
He just doesn't believe that
