Do You Know?
Do you know the me?
The me that loves to be energetic and joyful.
Or do you know the me I show.
The me that's shy and can't say no.
Or the strong me,
The one that won't give up and is outspoken.
The me that I'm speaking of,
only comes out around the people I love.
So I guess you can't see,
see the real me,
because you ignore and don't even look.
Do you know THAT me?
