Gone

While my heart breaks - I scream
while my screams die - I am shedding tears
while my tears dry - I start shaking
while my shaking stops - I start aching
while my aches vanish - I feel numb
while my numbness subsides - I dream
while I'm dreaming - I am back with you

Why do I ever have to wake up?
