Mother

pulling me to her chest
she kissed my head and sighed
I wanted to kiss her
until she died
her tears fell
to the center of the room
she creased the depth of my heart
and I fell asleep in the fold
inching into death
she cried a tear
that fell to the window
as outside it started to rain
she was a bottle with
a broken seal set off to eternity
an errie reflection
a last swallow
