The Tree
Oh tree, Oh tree, why won't you talk. As your leaves fall down and hit the floor.
When it turns winter will you be alright. I never want to see you out of sight.
When it turns spring I'll see your blossoms grow. But how will I recognise you I don't know?
When you move away I won't forget you. Please write to me, I'll always remember you.
Oh tree, oh tree, pretty please talk back to me, you'll never ever be teased by me.
