My last poem for you

This is my last one I do for you
The love of my life
I wanted to make you my wife
I will love you forever till I die
At first you were shy
The moment we locked eyes
U gave me butterflies
So I had to make you mine
I really miss those times
But over time
 Iv corrupted ur mind
All the drugs we tried
I pulled us back every time
Been homeless 3 times
But u stayed by my side
That's my ride or die
But somewhere along the line
You decide to go outside
Mess with other guys
I guess
No reply at all is better than a lie
I should have seen the signs
But I tried to deny it
I don't want to turn away a baby
He is innocent and I love him just the same
I am sorry my baby daddy is broken and shamed
I wish it didn't have to be this way
I can't tell how bad I wanna cry
But my eyes have run dry
Now All I can do is sigh
 Nothing is the same
But I still tried
I still love you
I love being a daddy
I love having a family
We have beautiful babies
They are my everything
What makes me happy
But I can't sleep
Cuz my mind is crowded
I been praying to Jesus
To just let me fall asleep
Please god Grant me the strength
So I can be at peace
